Riga is the capital of Latvia with a population nearly 1 million people. Riga is located by the Daugava river. The centre of Riga downtown is a historical place with Old Town being a heart of the Riga downtown. Old Town is a very nice place with a lot of sights, beautiful views and places to hang out, including huge number of cafes, restaurants, pubs, night clubs and casinos. The Old Town is more than 600 years old. The following is the image gallery dedicated to Riga and mainly to the views of Old Riga Downtown. The scans are actually from postcards I send to celebrities with my request, so I may be adding more images in near future. But I'd say it's quite expensive to send postcard with each request - postacrd costs 50 cents, so it adds up. Hopefully nice postacrds increase chances of getting reply.
